"I called this office on Monday Nov 7th around 945am about a question regarding Insurance licensing. I live in New York and am looking to move in the future to Charleston SC. I have been a state farm customer for the last 40 years with my auto and homeowners insurance. I asked to speak to Windy after explaining the reason for my call. The lady that answered the phone ( I believe her name was Terri ) seemed to be uninterested in my call or helping me.She said she would pass my phone number on to Windy and was in such a rush to hang up. The funny thing is I didnt even give her my phone number yet and she never asked me for it or gave me a change to give it to her. I guess she had my phone number from caller ID. So now Im dealing two fold negative response or lack there of from this office. I still havent received a return phone call from Windy ( today is Friday Nov 11th ) and after my interaction with Terri I didnt expect one. My question is Windy so busy with so much business that she doesnt need anymore ? Maybe I was also trying to get a feel for this office to determine which state farm office in the area I would bring my business too. I hope this review can be a learning experience for Terri and Windy on how to treat potential customers in the future. Also I have reached out to another State farm office in your area, they gave me the wonderful customer service experience I expected and have come to know over the years with State farm."
